What is the working principle of the torch
The working principle of Jet Gas Torch Lighter Refillable is very simple, that is, the use of compressed gas to adjust the pressure and flow of the gas to spray the muzzle and ignite it to form a high-temperature cylindrical flame for heating and welding. The torch gun is divided into two main structures: a gas storage chamber and a surge chamber. The mid-to-high-end products also have an ignition structure. The gas storage chamber is also known as the gas tank, which contains gas, and the composition is generally butane, which transports gas to the surge chamber structure of the tool. The surge chamber is the main structure of the torch gun. How to use a torch
1.Check
Connect the parts of the spray gun, tighten the gas pipe clamp, (or tighten with an iron wire) connect the liquefied gas connector, turn off the spray gun switch, loosen the valve of the liquefied gas bottle, and check whether the parts are leaking.
2. Ignition
Slightly loosen the spray gun switch and ignite directly at the nozzle. Adjust the spray gun switch to reach the required temperature.
3. Close
First, close the valve of the liquefied gas cylinder. After the flame is turned off, turn off the switch. There must be no residual gas in the pipe. Hang the spray gun and the gas pipe and place them in a dry place.
Common specifications of torch
1. Air box integrated palm torch: easy to carry, generally smaller in size and lighter than the separate type.
Separate air box palm torch head: It needs to be connected to a cassette type gas cylinder, which is larger in weight and volume, but has a large gas storage capacity and a longer continuous use time.
